【Booking.comをご利用のお客様へ重要なお知らせ】
現在、Booking.comを装った不審なメッセージやメールが、一部の予約者様に送信されているとの報告がございます。
「宿泊予約の支払いについて至急確認が必要です」
「カード情報の認証が必要です」
「リンクをクリックして手続きを完了してください」
といった内容で、外部サイトへ誘導するケースが確認されています。
■ 当館（旅館田邊）から、WhatsApp等のメッセージアプリを通してお客さまへ直接ご予約内容やクレジットカード情報に関するご連絡をお送りすることは一切ございません。
■ 不審なリンクは絶対にクリックしないでください。
■ カード情報や個人情報は入力しないでください。
■ 不審なメッセージを受け取られた場合は、Booking.comへ直接お問い合わせください。

【Important Notice for Guests Who Booked Through Booking.com】
We have received reports that some guests are receiving fraudulent messages and emails pretending to be from Booking.com.
These messages may contain statements such as:
- “Urgent action is required regarding your reservation payment.”
- “Your card details could not be verified.”
- “Please click the link below to complete verification.”
Please be aware that these messages are NOT sent by Ryokan Tanabe.
■ We (Ryokan Tanabe) never contact guests directly via messaging apps such as WhatsApp regarding reservation details or credit card information.
■ Do not click any suspicious links.
■ Do not enter your credit card or personal information.
■ If you receive such a message, please contact Booking.com directly through their official website or app.
